JUDGMENT
Today(10.02.2025), when the matter was taken up for hearing, it is reported by the leanred counsel for the respondent that the first and second appellants died in the year 2019 and 2020 respectively. 2.In the mean time, the learned counsel appearing for the appellants would submit that he is unable to get instructions from the legal heirs of the deceased/appellants 1 and 2.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, this Second Appeal stands dismissed as abated with liberty to the legal heirs of the appellants to restore the appeal, if circumstances warrants. No costs.
