The petitioner with a grievance that the respondents 7 to 9 are not permitting him to offer his prayer to Govindaperi Mettu Sudalai Temple has submitted a representation on 09.09.2023 and also filed this writ petition.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the festival is scheduled today (22.09.2023) and it will be for a period of 4 days and therefore, requested for an early order in this writ petition.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 3 to 6 submitted that based on the petitioners representation, the Tahsildar has also conducted a peace committee meeting for the festival conducted in the year 2021 and ensured that the function was conducted peacefully. For this year also necessary police protection are provided and the petitioner can very well offer his prayer in the temple without any fear.
4. Recording this submissions of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed off. No costs. NCC : Yes / No.
