PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned summons of the 3rd respondent vide his proceedings in 185/DCB/KRR/2023, dated 10.08.2023 and quash the same as illegal and consequently directing the respondents 1 to 3 not to interfere in the civil dispute between the petitioners and 4th respondent.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned summons of the 3rd respondent vide his proceedings in 185/DCB/KRR/2023, dated 10.08.2023 and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 not to interfere in the civil dispute between the petitioners and the 4th respondent.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the third respondent has withdrawn the summons issued to the petitioner. So nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. In view of the above, the matter has become infructuous. This writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
