2.Today when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner. 3.Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the respondent police on 09.10.2024 and thereafter, the respondent police shall complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks therefrom.
