Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MUTHU SAMUNDEESWARAN V, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit granted in Crl.O.P(MD).No.18214 of 2022, dated 13.10.2022. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances, the condition already imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD).No. 18214 of 2022, dated 13.10.2022 is modified to the extent that the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- each with two common sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the Magistrate concerned and the time for executing the sureties is extended for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
