The instant Writ Petition has been filed by an aspirant to the post of Grade - II Police Constable/Grade - II Fireman and Jail Warder who applied for a Notification of the year 2012, seeking a Mandamus to consider the representations dated 19.09.2018, 24.09.2018, 15.03.2019 and 19.03.2019.

A perusal of the typed set of papers clearly indicates that these representations were already considered and the rejection orders were passed on 01.04.2019 by the Tamil Nadu Uniformed Services Recruitment Board. Challenging the said order, the petitioner has filed W.P(MD) No.18404 of 2020, before this Court. The said writ petition was dismissed on 26.03.2024, rejecting the request of the writ petitioner to consider his request for appointment to the post of Grade -II Police Constable. The said order has attained finality.

3. In view of the above said facts, the present writ petition seeking a Mandamus to consider his representations again is not maintainable and there are no merits in this Writ Petition.
4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
