The petitioner with a grievance that the respondents are attempting to construct the drainage and lay a road in the petitioner's patta land has raised an objection and filed this writ petition forbearing the respondents from constructing road and drainage in S.No.491/2, Watrap Village, Watrap Taluk, Virudhunagar District.
2. When this writ petition is taken for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 4 & 5 2/5
submitted that based on the objections raised by the petitioner, works have been stopped and they are intending to conduct the survey and further works would be started only after conducting the survey and identifying the property.
3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 4 & 5, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to conduct the survey and while conducting the survey the petitioner shall also be put on notice. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
