ORDER

The writ petitioner's father executed a deed of settlement in his favour. Questioning the same, the review applicant went before the District Registrar for cancelling the same. The District Registrar cancelled the settlement deed executed in favour of the writ petitioner. Questioning the same, the writ petitioner moved this Court. After hearing the rival parties, this Court took the view that the District Registrar has no jurisdiction. In that view of the matter, the order passed by the District Registrar was set aside. The writ petition was allowed. Aggrieved by the same, the review application has been filed.

2. I am satisfied that there is no error apparent on the face of the record. It is not open to the review applicant to canvass the review application as if it is an appeal in disguise. I make it clear that the dismissal of the review application will not come in the way of the 2/4

review applicant from working out his rights in the manner known to law. All the contentions of the petitioner as well as the review applicant are left open.

3. The Review Application is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
