ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to provide police protection to the petitioner and his family members.

2.Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that the complaint lodged by the petitioner with the first respondent was registered as Ref. No.MUP21197838 and the same is pending for enquiry. 3.In view of the same, this Court directs the first respondent to complete the enquiry and dispose of the complaint submitted by the petitioner, after affording reasonable opportunity to the third respondent, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
