Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the Family Court, Madurai to dispose the original suit made in O.S.N.4 of 2022 within a time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Judge, Family Court, Madurai to dispose of the suit in O.S.N.4 of 2022 pending on his file within a stipulated period fixed by this Court. 1/4

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for petitioner. Since the revision is filed for seeking early disposal, no notice is necessary to the respondent.

3. The learned Counsel appearing for the revision petitioner would submit that the said suit in O.S.No.4 of 2022 has been filed by the revision petitioner / plaintiff for divorce and the same is pending for the past one year for recording the evidence of the respondent. In such circumstances, the petitioner herein has filed the present Civil Revision Petition seeking early disposal of the suit in O.S.N.4 of 2022 pending on the file of the Family Court, Madurai

4. Having been taken into consideration of the material facts and circumstances and that the matter is pending for the past one year for recording the evidence of respondent, this Court is of the view that in the interest of justice, a direction may be issued to the learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai, to dispose of the said of the said suit in O.S.N.4 of 2022 pending on his file as expeditiously as possible.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a 2/4

direction to the learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai to dispose of the said suit in O.S.N.4 of 2022, pending on his file within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order on merits and in accordance with law. No costs.
