[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] This contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order, dated 15.03.2023, made in W.P.(MD) No.5616 of 2023.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent made a submission that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 15.03.2023, made in W.P.(MD) No.5616 of 2023, disciplinary proceedings have been initiated against seven officials, who all are found to be responsible for the lapses, dereliction of duty and negligence and the disciplinary proceedings initiated will be completed as expeditiously as possible.

3. In view of the above submission, no further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds raised in this contempt petition.
