This Civil Revision Petition is filed for speedy disposal of C.M.A.No.3/2022, pending on the file of the Principal Sub-Court, Vedasanthur Taluk, within the time frame fixed by this Court. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed C.M.A.No.3 of 2022 before the Sub-Court, Vedasanthur Taluk, challenging the order passed in I.A.No.287 of 2021. The grievance of the petitioner is that though this appeal was filed during January 2022, the respondent has not co-operated for early disposal. Hence, a direction may be issued to the Sub-Court, Vedasanthur Taluk, to dispose the above appeal at the earliest. 2/4

3.Though notice was served on the respondent, there is no representation for the respondent either in person or through counsel. 4.Considering the limited scope of this petition, this Court is inclined to dispose of this Civil Revision petition with a direction to the Sub-Court, Vedasanthur Taluk to dispose of the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal in C.M.A.No.3 of 2022, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
