Commissioner is directed to inspect the suit property with the assistance of the local Surveyor and the Village Administative Officer, after issuing notice to all the parties and their respective counsel by fixing the date and time of inspection of the suit property on or before 02.03.2021.
The Advocate Commissioner further directed that after noting down the physical features of the suit property shall file his report along with a sketch before this court on or before 02.03.2021.
The Advocate Commissioner shall be paid a sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) towards the remuneration, equally by the revision petitioner/plaintiff as well as the respondents 4 to 8 forthwith. Apart from that they also arrange for the conveyance and other incidental expenses of the Advocate Commissioner. The matter stands posted on 02/03/2021.
