O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to Survey and demarcate the petitioner's property in Survey No.275/1A1 measuring an extent of 42 cents situated at Ayyampulli Village, Palani Taluk, Dindigul District, on the basis of her application made through online dated 22.06.2019 along with necessary fee.

2. By consent of both the parties, this writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted at this juncture as the patta in Survey No.275/1A1 stands in the name of 77 persons. 2/4

Hence, the petitioner was already informed that he has to apply afresh seeking for individual patta and after getting independent patta, the authorities can measure the property in Survey No.275/1A1. Further, the petitioner is also not in possession of the said property.

4. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the authorities in future for appropriate relief. No costs.
