ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming up for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this court and the requsition letter submitted by the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thanjavur, vide letter in D.No. 795/2020, dated 27.08.2020 and none appearing for both the parties, this court made the following order:- By order dated 20.11.2019, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the Calendar Case in C.C.No.94/2013, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of the order. 2.The Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.795/2020, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ dated 27.08.2020, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it

requested further six months time to comply with the order dated 20.11.2019, made in this Criminal Original Petition. 3.Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, three months time is extended from today to comply with the order dated 20.11.2019, made in this Criminal Original Petition.
