Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent Nos.3 and 4 to conduct an enquiry and dispose the petitioner's representation, dated 14.06.2022, for cancelling the Document Nos.206 of 2017 and 1227 of 2019, on the file of the respondent No.4, within a time period stipulated by this Court. This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent Nos.3 and 4 to conduct an enquiry and dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 14.06.2022, for cancelling the Document Nos. 206 of 2017 and 1227 of 2019, on the file of the respondent No.4.
2. The case of the petitioner is that he has sent a representation dated 14.06.2022, to the respondents 2 to 4 through registered post, seeking to cancel the Document Nos.206 of 2017 and 1227 of 2019 as during UDR survey, the Patta was wrongly mutated and by using the same, the respondents 5 and 6 have registered the said documents in a fraudulent manner. Since the said representation has not been considered, the present writ petition has been filed. 2/5
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4.

Considering the above said facts, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the respondents 3 and 4 to conduct an enquiry on the petitioner's representation, dated 14.06.2022 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of sixteen weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. 03.11.2022 akv To
