O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for transfer of investigation in Crime No.8 of 2023 from the file of the third respondent Police to any other Investigating Agency.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents Police submits that the investigation is already completed and the charge sheet is filed.

3. Once the investigation is completed and the charge sheet is filed, this petition seeking for transfer of investigation has become infructuous.
