ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition as against the order passed by the first respondent / Tahsildar dated 24.02.2024. As against this order, the petitioner is having an appeal remedy before the jurisdictional Revenue Divisional Officer. Without exhausting the statutory appeal remedy, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

2.Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition and the same is accordingly dismissed. The petitioner is at liberty to file an appeal as against the order of the Tahsildar dated 24.02.2024 before the jurisdictional Revenue Divisional Officer, if so advised, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
