ORDER

The above writ petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to issue patta to the land in R.S.No.38/7 R.S.No. 38/10 at Mela Attur based on the petitioner's representations dated 25-08-2014 and 27-08-2018.

2. A counter has been filed by the respondents on 20.08.2023, wherein it has been stated that by order dated 25.10.2018 in Na.Ka.No.AA3/7150 of 2018, the request of the petitioner for transfer of patta in his name has been rejected. Therefore, nothing survives for further consideration in the above writ petition.

3. In the light of the above, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. It is needless to state that the petitioner can always challenge the order dated 25.10.2018.
