PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the Impugned Government Order in G.O(1D)No.218 School Education [Pa.Ka.5(1)] Department dated 20.06.2019 and the Consequential Impugned Order in G.O.(1D)No.393 School Education (Pa.Ka.5(1)) Department dated 04.10.2019 on the file of the respondent no.1 and quash the same as illegal in so far as Condition No.9(i) and restricting the relief only in favour of the teachers who have approached this Court alone and consequently for a direction, directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to participate in the General Transfer Counseling for the year 20192020 in accordance with the Government Order in G.O.(1D) No.256, School Education Department dated 19.04.2017 within the time stipulated by this Court.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the prayer as sought in this writ petition has become infructuous.
