This petition is filed by the petitioner / defacto complainant under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking for a direction to the respondent Police to file a final report in Crime No.130 of 2023 pending on the file of the respondent Police registered against the accused for the offence under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(1) of I.P.C.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that the respondent Police have completed the investigation in this case and charge sheet is ready to be filed, thereby, sought for short time, so that, the charge sheet can be produced before the concerned Court.

3. Considering the submissions made by learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this criminal original petition is disposed of, directing the respondent Police to submit the charge sheet before the concerned Court as quickly as possible not later than two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After taking the case on file by the learned Judicial Magistrate, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, in case, if he is advised so.
