This petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking for a direction to the respondent Police not to harass the petitioners basing on a complaint given by the unofficial respondent Nos.3 and 4. 1/4

2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have borrowed money from the third respondent and on account of financial conditions of the petitioners, entire amount could not be returned, thereby, unofficial respondents approached the Police for complaint and the respondent Police are harassing them, thereby, sought for suitable directions.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that, the complaint filed by the third respondent against the petitioners is still pending and as per the complaint there are disputes between the petitioners and the unofficial respondents in respect of money transaction and further submitted that, within a short time, the respondent Police will complete the enquiry.

4. Considering the submissions made by both sides and on perusal of records, this criminal original petition is disposed of, directing the respondent Police to complete the enquiry as quickly as possible not later than two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 25.09.2023 NCC:yes/no Index:yes/no Internet:yes/no tsg 2/4
