O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is doing paddy business and during the course of business, there were transactions with the respondent No.3 and in respect of said transactions, a complaint was filed by the respondent No.3 before the police, basing on which the police have been harassing the petitioner, even though they have no role to play in respect of business transactions.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the complaint filed by the respondent No.3 is registered as CSR.No.309 of 2023 and after conducting enquiry, the petition was closed and the petitioner is not required in any other case. The same is recorded.

4.Since the complaint filed by the respondent No.3 has already been closed, no further directions can be given in this case. Accordingly, this Petition is disposed of.
