ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the 3rd condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.5797 of 2024 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi, dated 28.08.2024 and consequently, modify the 3rd condition as to appear before the Kayathar Police Station instead of respondent Police Station until further orders.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the difficulty expressed by the learned counsel for the petitioners and considering the fact that the petitioners have reported only for 10 days, the order of the trial court is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall continue to report before the respondent police for another 10 days and thereafter, the condition shall stand relaxed.
