The instant writ petition has been filed by a retired employee of the respondent Transport Corporation seeking benefits under the 12(3) Settlement dated 24.08.2022.

2.According to the petitioner, though he has retired from service on 30.09.2020, the said wage settlement is applicable to all those employees who were in service as on 01.09.2019. Seeking the said benefits, the petitioner has sent a representation on 16.09.2024. Since there is no response, the instant writ petition has been filed. 3.Considering the above said facts, the respondents are directed to confer the eligible benefits upon the writ petitioner along with 6% interest from the due date till the date if disbursement 2/5

within a period of twelve [12] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
