ORDER

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 36 days in filing the Second Appeal in S.A.(MD)SR No.62940 of 2024 before this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side, and I have perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent has not raised any serious objection to this petition.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, and also considering the duration of delay, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
