[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the crop insurance amount arising out of PMFBY Scheme has been settled to the insured ayacutdars and therefore, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed.

2. Recording the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of. However, if any grievance exists regarding non-settlement of the insured amount, the aggrieved person shall approach the competent authority. No costs.
