Heard both sides.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent produced copy of the patta proceedings dated 03.10.2023 issued by the Zonal Deputy Tahsildar, Srirangam in favour of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner's grievance has been redressed. The proceedings dated 03.10.2023 are taken on record.

3. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
