This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No. 201 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent dated 11.12.2015 as against the petitioners.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the first respondent has completed investigation and filed final report before the Judicial Magistrate, Nanguneri the same is pending for taken cognizance.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. However, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nanguneri is directed to take cognizance on the final report filed by the first respondent, within a period of Four Weeks from the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/4
