Today when the matter is taken up for admission, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the request of the petitioner was considered and the same was rejected.
2.In view of the same, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to challenge the said rejection order and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the petition.
