ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime Nos.160 of 2021 and 14 of 2022 from the file of the second respondent to the Inspector of Police, Madurai City or any other police station within the Madurai District limit.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the second respondent police have completed the investigation and referred the case as 'Mistake of Fact' and the closure report has been filed on 30.06.2021 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai in C.C.No.1276 of 2023. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case. 3.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedy in the manner known to law.
