ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders, to direct the first respondent herein not to 1/4

harass the petitioner and his family members, close relatives and friends for their peaceful prayer.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that they have not received any representation from the petitioner.

3. Even according to the petitioner, the petitioner has annexed the copy of the complaint, which was given on 07.10.2024 and postal acknowledgement for the same.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that though they have given compliant in the month of September, they have not produced the copy of the complaint and postal acknowledgement.

5. Whatever it is, considering the fact that no complaint or representation is pending before the respondent, the petitioner is directed to give fresh representation to the first respondent and on such receipt, 2/4

the first respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the private respondent and conduct enquiry and pass orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of representation.

6. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
