2. Shri.P.Thilakkumar, learned Government Pleader, says that if the petitioner has a problem, he may identify the problem specifically and bring it to the notice of the authorities and naturally, the authorities will take a decision, based on the merits of the grievance raised by petitioner.

3. Writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected interim application stands dismissed.
