ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction against the third respondent to complete the enquiry in a speedy manner based on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 08.08.2024 2.When the matter came up for the hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that petitioner is also one of the contractor. In any event, the road has been inspected and even in the reply issued to the petitioner on 30.08.2024, the petitioner has been informed that there is no damage to the road. 3.In view of the fact that there are no materials for proceeding further by the Vigilance Department was found, the complaint was forwarded to the Director of Municipal Administration, for taking necessary action at their end.
