2. Heard Mr.J.David Ganesan, the Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, Mr.S.P.Maharajan, the Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the material documents available on record. With 2/5

their consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. Without going into the merits of the case, this Court directing the 1st respondent to dispose the proceedings in Revision Petition No.369 of 2022, within a period of Five months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
