Respondent/Appellant/Respondent Prayer:- This Civil Revision Petiton filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the Additional District Judge, Virudhunagar to dispose the appeal in H.M.C.M.A.No.8 of 2016, within stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court. ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming up for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court and the requisition letter submitted by the Additional District Judge, Virudhunagar, in D.No.1025 dated 08/10/2020 and none appearing for both sides, this Court made the following order: This petition has been listed today for the extension of time for disposing H.M.C.M.A.No.8 of 2016.

2. This Court has already disposed of the Civil Revision Petition by order dated 15.11.2019, by directing the trial Court to dispose of H.M.C.M.A.No.8 of 2016 within a period of four months. 3.Now, the trial Court seeks further time for disposing of the suit, since regular Courts could not be conducted owing to Covid-19 lock-down.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, further two months' time is granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to the trial Court for disposal of H.M.C.M.A.No.8 of 2016. The learned Judge shall dispose of the case within the prescribed time subject however to Covid-19 regulations in holding physical Courts.
