RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to Condone the absence of the 4th petitioner before the respondent police station daily at 10.30 a.m from 22.10.2022 to 27.10.2022 imposed by the Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).17374/2022. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JINNAH S.M.A., Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to condone the absence of the petitioner to appear before the respondent police from 22.10.2022 to 27.10.2022 imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.17374 of 2022, dated 29.09.2022.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, police.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is allowed and the absence of the petitioner from 22.10.2022 to 27.10.2022 is condoned.
