O R D E R This petition is filed seeking for providing of police protection to the petitioner from respondents 3 and 4.

2.It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that he has submitted a petition to the respondent police dated 13.09.2023, for providing police protection from Respondents 3 and 4, but no action has been taken so far.

3.Learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submits that during the course of enquiry in respect of the representation of the petitioner dated 13.09.2023, the petitioners and respondents 3 & 4 appeared and the matter has been compromised and basing on the said enquiry, petition has been closed.

4.Since the parties are stated to have settled the dispute, no further direction is necessary.
