ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd Respondent police not to interfere the civil dispute in house property in Re Survey No.82/3A, namely Valar Nagar, Madurai in plot No.624 to the total extent of 1557 1/2 s.q.ft., on the instigation of the R3 and R4

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioners in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
