PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to issue patta to the petitioner under the Tamil Nadu Agricultural Lands Record of Tenancy Rights Act, 1969 for the Government (Tharisu) Lands of bearing Survey Nos. 48/1, 49/1, 50/1 and 47/1 situated at Iravadhanallur, Madurai South Taluk, Madurai District.

recording him as a tenant has not been considered by the respondents has filed this writ petition.

2.Mr.G.V.Vairam Santhosh, learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents submits that that the petitioner's request was already considered and it was rejected. A copy of the Town Survey Register for the subject lands has been produced by the Additional Government Pleader. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to furnish a copy of the rejection order to the petitioner enabling her to challenge the same in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
