Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.MOHAN.V.R.G Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.D.RAMESHKUMAR, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, while admitting the Criminal Revision Case, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be an order of interim stay on condition that the petitioner shall deposit 50% of the arrears of maintenance amount to the credit of M.C.No.34 of 2022, on the file of the Family https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

Crl.M.P(MD).No.17293 of 2023 in Court, Sivagangai, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the interim stay granted shall stand vacated automatically without any further reference to this Court.
