ORDER

The writ petition has been filed for a mandamus directing the respondents No.1 and 2 to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application dated 18.08.2023 being submitted under section 42(b) of the Partnership Act 1932 as expeditiously as possible preferably within time stipulation as prescribed by this Court.

2. For dissolution of firm, the petitioner has given a representation to the respondents. Since the same has not been considered so far, she is before this Court. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner will file appropriate suit for dissolution of ifrm. In such view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of. It is for the petitioner to file a suit for dissolution of firm. No costs.
