enquiry on the appeal filed by the petitioner and necessary orders would be passed within a reasonable time.

Considering the rival submissions made, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to conclude the enquiry and to dispose the appeal filed by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
