528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that FIR came to be registered in Crime No.602 of 2024 on 20.10.2024 against the petitioner for the offences under Sections 191(2), 126(2), 296(b), 118(1), 303(2) and 351(3) BNS.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate proceedings in the manner known to law.
