ORDER

The Writ Petion has been filed forbearing the 1st and 2nd respondent from disturbing the petitioners peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioners property in survey Nos.17/3b 1gp for and extent of 00050 s.mtr and 17 / 7 for an extent of 00150 s.mtr situated at our Indra Nagar without following due process of law

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the second respondent conducted enquiry and closed as civil in nature. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Therefore the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. Hence the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
