Alleging that the order of this Court in W.P(MD)No.13400 of 2021, dated 04.08.2021, has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up before this Court with this Contempt Petition.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.D.Gandhiraj, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that already an enquiry was conducted and appropriate orders would be passed within a time frame.

3. Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed with a direction to the respondents to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within in a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
