ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the First Respondent to instruct the Second Respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute and also not to harass the Petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry, based on the representation dated 21.06.2022. 2.When the matter came up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the Petitioner.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the Respondents 1 and 2 submitted that case and counter. Since the case were registered in Crime Nos.176 and 177 of 2022 and the same are pending with the Respondent Police, the Petitioner is directed to co-operate with the pending investigation. The Respondents 1 and 2 are also directed to follow the guidelines issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the case of Lalitha Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh reported in 2013

4.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
