PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.1028 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner /Accused, who was arrested on 22.12.2020 for the alleged offence under Sections 20(b)(ii)(c), 25, 29(1) and 8(c) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, in Crime No.1028 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
