ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.18 of 2022 on the file of the 1st respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent submits that in the absence of interim order, during the pendency of this petition, the Law Enforcing Agency has completed the investigation and filed the charge sheet before the concerned Court and the same was ended in acquittal. Hence, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
