To call for the records pertaining to the judgment in Criminal Appeal No.51/2022 dated 27.08.2024 on the file of the Learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Dindigul by confirming the judgment passed in C.C.No.14/2020 dated 29.08.2022 on the file of the Learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Aathoor and set aside the same by allowing the above Criminal Revision. 2.By an order, dated 25.10.2024, this Court had granted the relief of suspension of sentence to the petitioner on condition to deposit 75% of the compensation amount on or before 22.11.2024 to the credit of C.C.No.14 of 2020 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Aathoor.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has belatedly received the certified copy of the order dated 25.10.2024, and prays time to comply with the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in its order dated 25.10.2024.

5.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, time is granted to the petitioner till 09.12.2024 for complying with the order of this Court dated 25.10.2024.
